Transfering from FTP to FTP via 3rd computer?

I have a website hosed by a company named Arishost. I want to be able to transfer files to my FTP account on their server directaly from another FTP server.
EG I want to transfer the 200MB file from ftp://site/200mb/200mb.exe to ftp://titanmiller.com directaly so I dont have to upload it from my computer. Is this possible? I dont want to pay for anything.

BTW if you sign up with 650dialup.com and choose their "delux domain hosting" package, you get 300mb webspace with 30GB/month transfer along with a dialup account (which is acctualy the main part) should you broadband die, you also recieve a domain name for $9.00/year. You pay a $12.00 initial fee + 9/year domain name fee and then $6.50 a month after that. If you currently have dialup I think this is a very good switch because $6.50/month is most likely cheaper than you currenly pay plus you get the 300mb webspace and a domain name (for $9.00/year).
I have to admit it took nearly 2 months and lots of emails to tech support to finaly hammer out the bugs with the FTP account and be able to actually use it.
