transfer bookmarks from windows to linux

Is there an easy way to transfer from Windows XP to Linux using CD-RW or even Floppy's?

Only thing I could find for you.

Basically, install Mozilla here. transfer the Favorites from IE to Mozilla. Then save the Mozilla to a floppy or CD-RW, then use Konqueror to get it.

I never used Linux, so it may or may not work.
