Transcribing software

My company is calling their sales team and recording them for training. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for software to transcribe those calls into text? Any help is appreciated!

Dragon Naturally Speaking.

Vista also has speech recognition though i've only been through the
calibration process, haven't used it much.
