nice~! with the price of these micros falling it may be time to get a few so I can toss my Ipod and use my Dare for an MP3 player

Thats odd, I have not heard of it impacting performance. My wife's laptop has 2gb and a SD reader, I wonder if this would help hers be any faster?

It would impact performance b/c the read/write speeds are so slow.
