Has anyone here seen them? Can you comment on their show?

Trying to decide whether it'd be worth it to drive 2.5 hours to see them with the wife. Everything I've read, heard, and watched seems to indicate that it'd probably be worth it, but I haven't heard a review from a non-critic that's actually seen them.

It's not so much a show as it is an experience. It's a jaw dropping performance. I guarantee you'll say "WOW!" at least 5 times during the show.

Hands down the best show I've ever experienced (and I've seen Kiss, Rush, festivals, etc). I've seen them every year but one, and one year I even went twice. This year's concert is monday, and I can't wait.

:thumbsup: They always try to add more and more to the show. (Like lasers, fire throwers, platforms that raise in the back so they can perform to the back audience)

I've never been and I'd really like to go sometime. Everyone I know who went to see it said it was amazing.

I love the CDs they put out.
 
Guess I'll get some tickets for next Sunday's show then. There's a show Saturday that is only 90 minutes away, but we're already busy. So we'll go to the one Sunday that's much further.

Hopefully it'll be worth it!

I can't remember how many times I've seen them...somewhere around 6 - 8. I saw this year's (East Coast) show last weekend and it was awesome. Every year they do something bigger and better than they did the year before. Lots of lasers, lots of pyro, lots of moving lighting rigs...this year they have a huge light rig over the floor seats that lowers down and the top of it is a catwalk that the band walks out on.

2.5 hours is a long drive...maybe get a hotel room in whatever city you're going to?

Another thumbs up from me. Very entertaining and if you aren't enjoying it, you need to get checked out.
However, maybe its just me getting old, but it was a little too loud (and I was pretty far back too).
 
Best show I've ever been to. Want to go this year but I'm working the whole weekend they are in Philly 🙁🙁.

I might try to catch the Newark show in December if I'm not somewhere else for the holidays.
 
I hate to say it's the best show I've ever been to as well, but it truly is. Totally awe inspiring. Definitely going again this year.

What's with all you guys unable to keep spoilers to yourselves? The OP asked if he should go see it and there are fools here explaining every single step of the show including surprises.

I have seen them a bunch of times so it isn't ruining anything for me but for people like the OP, this really sucks.
 
Awesome show, I try to go every time I'm in the USA during that time of the year. Really great experience and worth the trip and the price.
 
What's their best CD to pickup? I heard one of their Christmas songs last year and was blown away, but then I picked up a random double CD of theirs and wasn't impressed.
