Ohio does not have any laws keeping a jailed individual from running. However, if he's held in a federal penn, outside of Ohio, he technically isn't a resident of Ohio.
In a country where Marion Barry gets elected after a jail stint and a candidates wife inherits votes for her dead husband and serves in his place is this really so unthinkable?
