Sucks..

So apparently people dont know how to drive, I leave 1 hour before this class of mine at school, usually takes 30 min to drive to school with no traffic. 1 accident when I left turned into two more , let alone a few on the other side of the freaking road were people still slowed down.

But freaking no accident was blocking lanes why do people slow down! All lanes were clear fuu, my class was at 9, and no point going to it now since it ends in 10 min.

I love the old people driving their big-ass buicks on country roads going a steady 40mph. You would think since they are so old and about to croak, they would be in a hurry to get wherever they are going. When I'm old as shit I am just going to floor it everywhere.

Their reflexes slow down and they have to drive slower to increase their chances of reacting in time.

They also lose confidence, and take longer to make decisions.

"Will my car fit in/through that gap?"

When it is obvious that a tank could go through the gap...

I liked that movie. I thought it was going to win the Oscar that year.

I hated that movie, I can see the appeal of it for some folks, but for me at least it was the second biggest waste of money I spent in theaters right behind Pearl Harbor.

If there is an accident on your side of the road, you need to slow down even if it's not blocking traffic lanes. If there's an accident on the other side of the road, you probably don't need to slow down, at least not below the speed limit.

I LIKED Pearl Harbor.

I could have done without the romance part of the movie, as well as the three leading characters, but the graphics for the Japanese attack on Pearl was very well done, as were many of the flying scenes.

But yeah, otherwise, it was just a chick flick based around a war story.

I went to see this with 5 or 6 Marines thinking it was going to be a war flick... Thank god we smuggled in some booze...

I didn't walk away from the movie wishing I hadn't paid to see it, but on the other hand I don't think I've watched it again since then. I'd rather watch Tora! Tora! Tora!

People rubberneck.

This is why I always leave much earlier than I need. Then I can drive with the flow of traffic, keep my car lengths, not have to constantly pass/get frustrated and listen to audiobooks or podcasts. It also gives me a chance to enjoy a delicious hot coffee and mentally prepare for the day.
