Traffic ticket on the way to Vegas

Dammit! got a speeding ticket on the way to vegas.. and now gotta attend Traffic schoool. No biggie.. I usually do it online. HOWEVER for some reason.. THE Court at BARSTOW .. has a weird stupid rule.. requiring a PUBLIC NOTARY.. whaaat the hell?
Anyyways.. never been through this process b4.. Anyone know any other alternatives??

Last two weekends I drove to Vegas. Blew through that area around 95mph and no cops in sight. Except the ones on the way home, but they were looking at a body laying on the side of the road. How fast were you going?

by the way, tons of people are public notaries.


you probably know someone who is, just don't know.
 
Public notary? Is that the same as a notary public? If so all you do is go to a bank and have them stamp something...

am I missing something or thinking of something else here?
 
How fast were you going exactly? I hit 100 on my way out there and did 105 for about a mile or so and even then slowed to 85-90. and didnt get a ticket.

For some reason.. for ppl who decide to take oNline Traffic school, they require ppl to take eveery quiz, and for the final go to some UPS ( public notary ) to verify that the person taking the exam is legitimate! some BS..
anyways.. that's the issue..... PAIN in the assss.....
so im just wondering if there's anyway to bypass that

Around here, anything 25+ over is an apprehendable and court mandatory offense. Being arrested and being "thrown in jail" are completely different things.

So What's up w/ the PUblic notaries.. this online website tells me to take the test and take teh final.... w/ a Public Notary .. Usually some UPS facility.....

So.................. What up w/ that?
I screw up the final and I'm dead?
