~2mph is an average walking speed, 3mph is pretty fast, 5mph is essential power or speed walking or whatever you call it. Good luck "walking" 5mph.

Pretty sure you could easily walk 5mph, its a decent clip for a walk but I do it all the time according to my Forerunner. Bicycle would be double that.

For some reason I'm thinking it wouldn't be easy to walk 62 miles at 5 mph. Maybe I'm just crazy. Maybe.
 
Lack of infrastructure is what will slow down growth in China and India for a little bit in the future.

Meanwhile, I think we need a tremendous amount of investment in ours over the next decade just to maintain what we have.
