So my gf tells me that while shopping today she had a very minor fender bender in a mall parking lot, no damage done to either car aside from small scratches since we're talking snail speeds. The woman inside the other car comes out, infuriated, approaches my gf's car, kicks it, attempts to open her door and smash her window, and when my gf eventually does exit the car to confront the woman she decides to spit on her and threatens to kill her...

Now, I thought to myself wow, that's pretty disgusting behavior. Apparantly someone called a police officer and he arrived at the scene while both of them were still there. The woman is now being charged with assault 😀. I find that sort of ironic that the woman would have not been at fault for anything but by acting like a buffon she is the one that is now in trouble. I thought this was sort of funny in a way. Any advice for my gf in building a stronger case against crazy woman?

By all means, pursue the assault case at all costs!
B**ch deserves to be punished, same with every other Road-Rager out there!

okey i understand getting angry that someone hit you.

but not to the extent of going out to the other person's car and causing more damage.

If someone did that to me, id probably laugh and say now you OWE me money.

Damage caused by secondary rage > my little love bump.

Normally I hate suing, but this bitch has lawsuit written all over her.

I just found out "the bitch" is only 17 years old, I second the notion to sue and settle out of court. Mommy and daddy would be so proud of little sally spitter.

Haha, felony as a juvenile. Looks like its time to learn the magic phrase that will get her through life, "Do you want fries with that?"

🙂

Thank you for not bringing race into the discussion.

I doubt your gf will get much outta that crazy bitch though. Somebody classy surely can't be rich.

Nope. Once she turns 18, that minor felony goes away...record sealed. IIRC, at that point, except for law enforcement types of jobs, only the Feds can access the info without a court order, and then, only in certain situations. There may be SOME criminal charges/convictions may not be sealed, but MOST can be.
Of course, every state is a bit different in its laws, so YMMV.
