I like how they blame the tractor instead of the tractor driver/thief. What the heck do they think this is, Maximum Overdrive?

The deputy had to take evasive action twice when the tractor reversed direction and drove directly at him, the sheriff said.

No tractor with a 24 hour endurance on a full tank of fuel can ever be considered to be similar in size to the famous Hoyt-Clagwell on Green Acres. I don't care how farm impaired the person is.
