do you know which courier company's tracking number start with BTV?
i was told purolator, but when i check purolator's website, nothing show. (it was ship last friday)
and purolator csr say, that because it's going to Canada, so they won't have the tracking until the package has clear the custom.
I have purchase from online store many time, i always though the tracking number start once the package is shipped.
but then again, i always use fedex.
so can somebody help? it's 3200usd package.
