trackball and mouse

I have a presentation cube (4 X40" monitors) here at work hooked up to a computer. I have a wireless Logitech handheld trackball that works fine; however I want to be able to use a regular mouse with the computer. Could I hook up a USB mouse to it?

You should be able to use either a USB or Serial mouse. I have 2 pointing devices on my machines @ home. A regular wireless Logitech mouse (on PS/2), and a kids mouseball (on serial). Both work great. Work/worked on Win98Se/WinME/WinXP Home & Pro. If you have a USB mouse, plug it in and see what happens....

DocDon, I use a PS/2 mouse w/ my computer, and on occasion for gaming purposes, I plug a USB mouse on my computer w/o a problem. On my laptop, a Dell unit w/ dual pointing devices, I can plug a USB mouse in w/o a problem. Hope this helps.
