traceroute

Same way you do in Win95, Win98, Win98SE, WinME, Win2k, and WinNT.

Or you show your desktop, hit F1, and type "trace" and hit enter.
 
go into the run command and type "tracert www.site.com" no quotes and URL is the URL you want to test. You can also add ">> test.txt " to the end and it will print out a txt file.

so for example, I go into
START ->
RUN ->
then type:
tracert www.anandtech.com
