I have a Apple Time Capsule that is in bridge mode off an an ATT Uverse Router. I have the wireless disabled on the ATT router and have everything running through the Time Capsule.

I get the AV500 in the mail wednesday... Can't wait.
Should I run the AV500 Ethernet hardwire from the ATT Router or the Time Capsule?

Does it matter?

Current Situation before AV500:

I am not entirely happy with the Time Capsule. I feel like the internet just hangs sometimes and I have to turn the wifi on and off on my computer/iphone sometimes. It really only happens with Apple products. My windows machine runs fine.

Maybe that has something to do with the settings I have on the ATT Router...

Youtube constantly goes up and down on quality. So annoying I just use my cell phone data.

You might have to try and connect the AV500 to the LAN side of the Time Capsule. Connecting to it wirelessly is not stable. Are you using the AV500s to move the Time Capsule far away from the Router? Even for wireless printers its not stable. Hard wire would be best!

For those interested I installed the AV500 through the time capsule and it works flawlessly. I was blown away how easy it was to setup and how well it works. I would highly recommend these to anyone in a similar situation.

I really dig my powerline setup. I've got two AV500's and two AV600's communicating anywhere from the basement to the second floor. Much prefer it over WiFi.
