TP-Link AC3200

I've fought to accept the fact that this router appears to be a piece of junk for 5 months now. I had an Asus that worked pretty well but liked the idea of incresed backplane throughput. When it works it screams but it constantly locks up.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and, if so, are there any recommended solutions (hopefully there are answers other than buy a new router).

I've had great luck with my TP-Link AC1200, though that's a different model. Have you updated the firmware? Have you contacted TP-Link support? They're pretty quick to try and resolve issues for customers, from my experience.

Update on this. I submitted an email and they did get back to me quickly. TP-Link has a strange way of organizing their sites. I had to go to the tp-link.us site in order to get the updated firmware and (for now) it seems to be a bit more stable than it was.
