Toyota pickup over cliff commercial

Did anyone see the commercial with the girl standing on the beach as the truck goes over the cliff? I was surprised to see it land upright.

This is really a good commercial- does anybody have any vid caps?

Well when they do stuff like that 9 times out of 10 they have to remove the engine and most any other parts that can leak. So with a missing engine, I have not seen it, it may fall flat as the weight should be more equal.

Ever notice how they cut away for the most part? just put in a new truck?

Agreed. It's a good commercial.

They just spliced in a new truck and rocked it a couple times at the end.

i like the REAL video of the toyota that was placed atop a building that was imploded. The truck was smashed to hell, but still ran.

Could've been all done with computers... many car commercials are. I thought the fall of the truck was a bit unrealistic so that would be my guess.

Yeah, they pan to the woman shouting for a few seconds, enough time for computers to work their magic easily.

I also like the other commercial, where the Toyota pickup driver drives into the monster truck rally and deflects the monster truck like it was a 4-wheel bike.

theres this british car show where they tortured a toyota truck, even put it on top of a high rise as they demolished the building, and it survived

Saw this commercial last night.

After the Tacoma hits the beach, they cut away and show the girl.


That give Toyota the opportunity to switch trucks for when they pan back to the impact site.
