Toyota Camry Sleeper - Must See

Definitely impressive under the 'hood.' It'd be more impressive if they could build actual Camry space and not just use the body as the shell around something completely different underneath. At that point, all you have to do is throw whatever you want at it, so long as it fits under a shell.

True, it's more of a "fake" then a sleeper. Typically a sleeper is the actual car but heavily modified.

they should have more shells for it. 88 hyundai excel. aztek. prius.

so that came from a 2015 camry? what happens to the rest of the car? did they just buy one and strip it?

Kick it up a notch and find an old Pacer as your cover, the LOL's would be most entertaining!..

Enough turbo or nitrous will make most anything fast, how long it'll be fast before it breaks is dictated only by budget and dedication. What is more difficult is to make the chassis as a whole perform on par with the relatively easy straight line acceleration potential.

Anything that whistles, whines, PSSSHTs or lopes is not a sleeper.

Depends on what circles you move in. When you reach a point everything rumbles or psssshts or such, but you see an average example of a given car with average-appearing mods and expect an average level of performance.
Sleepers in that case are those that appear to be average performance enhanced cars, but pack twice the power. Back before the interwebs and when the world wasn't quite so small I knew a few guys that made good weekend money with that sort of thing.
