I was happy to see Lexus at least try to look good. The 2000's were rough for them, in particular the RX. The new RX looks much better than the older ones. IMO, nothing touches the Mercedes design for the SUVs other than Range Rover, of course.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, the new Volvo XC90 looks nice too.

lexus interiors are generally horrible and cheap looking.

The newest ones are getting better, though they are still a mix of cheap looking plastics/gauges and leather.

Holy identity crisis. It doesn't know if it wants to be the worst of Honda, Toyota or Hyundai. That's one ugly little car.

me and my buddies just came from the auto show recently, and Lexus has a long way to go. Their largest car was nice, the RC and NX, were terrible.

Fender flares are always welcome, but we don't need blacked out wheel arches. Giant opening w/ small wheel is not a good look.

Is that a rear door? Took a while to even notice it.

Shame on Jalopnik for the retarded writing.

1.8 L hybrid engine - same as Prius. 122 HP ECVT.
1.2 L turbo gas only model. 115 HP 6-speed auto or CVT.
2.0 L gas only model. Not sure if turbo or what the HP is. CVT only.

http://www.autoguide.com/auto-news/2016/03/toyota-c-hr-crossover-revealed-with-prius-power.html

It says 155 HP in the article for the 1.2 L turbo, but I believe that's a typo.

Also, the hybrid model will be FWD only. AWD is only available on the gas only model. 1.2 L model for sure. I don't know about the 2.0 L model, but I would imagine it would have to be.

Please please please please toyota drop the 2.0t into this. I know they won't but it would make this thing a total hoot to drive.
