Tower server enclosure

I'm looking for a pair of server enclosures for tower servers. Ideally they'll have open space on the bottom for the towers and standard size rack mounts towards the top for switches/routers/etc. Only one server is going in each, and 2-3 switches, plus ideally a pullout keyboard tray, so probably something along the lines of a 20-22u enclosure.

Anything that reduces noise is a bonus, but not a necessity. We don't need anything super fancy, ideally less than $500 per enclosure. It's just gotta lock and keep the server off the ground.

Suggestions?

a vented cabinet with a locking door sounds better for towers.

a server rack is usually best used with rack cases.
