if you got country codes you're doing it right, but there are 7 country codes not 5. I'll give you another hint, they are all 3 digit numbers except one of them, which is a 2 digit number.

What do I press to use the key? I know that I am supposed to use the "key" to delete stuff. How? Is it a certain letter or the arrow key or something. That little symbol at the top does nothing for me.
