Hit the right arrow for the stronger units?
Oh yeah, I do.

I "couldn't do anything" against the naval attack simply because there were so damn many enemy boats.

Googer - I'll probably stop spending on the towers too. Their attack strength is pathetic, and most of the action occurs beyond their range anyway.
I would usually prefer to use the weapon with max range in each class. For example, send a bunch of Swordsmen against Archers, and they're all dead before even being in range.

I'll give it a shot again in awhile; grocery shopping time now. Yes, at 4:41am. 🙂

Use the arrow to develop your own navy or hit the special power button at the top right corner.

I found that Special wouldn't always do the trick, as it would often target only the ground units, and ignore the others. It was somewhat sporadic in its targeting abilities.

But in both cases when I was wiped out, I did have my own navy, ground army, and air force. Just not enough of them, apparently.

Edit: Damn, I just screwed up, I just about got killed by regular archers.
......
lost again. Another naval zerg rush. The unit build time is killing me.

Next attempt: ZOMGZ, I finally won!!!
Good old Electric Jeeps and Triple Bombermen.
My score is pathetic though. 69,482.

I can beat everything on normal by just choosing the units with the longest range. Use the special, build units with the longest range, which generally happen to be the most expensive and I can kill them before thye get close enough.

Problem is on hard. Just can't beat it at all. i get a few points of damage in the beginning but once the last round starts I'm screwed because no more specials appear and that's what I use to hold him off.

Dude, I didn't get to nearly 12,000 posts by saying "OH" or Post Count +1 in every thread on anandtech.

oh

I actually contrubuted something worth while. Around 6,000-7,000 of my posts were related to assiting someone with a hardware or pc issue and started posting in offtopic around the time I hit 8k. The rest are debates and other nonsense.
oh

I liked it ok, wouldn't call it TD evolved though. Mainly I liked it because it was pretty easy unlike all the other TD games which I lose after a while 😛

This. I also don't really know that it's that new of a concept.

Also I had a lot of killer slowdowns and I got a pretty nice system running here. I don't think I'll ever play it again. Normal is way too easy and hard mode is way too hard for me.
