Seriously - The Bloons Tower defense games have given me more hours of fun the past few weeks than most games I've paid money for. And I swear I'm over 10 years old.

I never really got into that sort of thing before. But now it's too late; I need more.

But yes, Bloons TD4 is the most awesome game ever. If you sign up for a mochi games account you get a free upgrade that makes your cannon shoot shrapnel.
 
Checkout "widget td". $15 indy game. Worth every penny.

Tower Defense/FPS (You cycle between the two.)

Pretty addictive... pretty challenging as well.
 
My favorite part of Warcraft 2 was building all the tower traps, funneling the hapless enemy into a gauntlet of arrows only to be finished off by canons as they tried to attack the arrow towers.

I've played gemcraft & some of the others - Bloon Tower Defense 4 is the best of them all.
 
So, yeah, I peeked inside this thread because I thought the title was amusing.
After about 8 hours of TD, I realized...

IT'S A TRAP!!
 
back in the day Starcraft UMS had tons of awesome tower defense games. it probably still does.
