So a couple weeks ago, a tow truck ran a red light right in front of the office building and killed a woman. Witnesses say he never touched the brakes... He was murdered last night. Speculation around the office is it might be a relative of the woman he killed.

Wow, talk about the ultimate revenge.

EDIT: but there were two people murdered. That totally invalidates whatever shred of appreciation I had for the murderer. You avenge the end of one 'innocent' life by murdering not only the killer but another innocent?

That's complete bullshit.

man, if it was a member of the family, they are stupid.

you have to wait for a year or so before you can do something like that.

It's purely speculation... but if they hadn't realized that a 2nd person was there, and went to kill the driver who killed the woman, would they leave a witness?

Someone explain to me how killing someone who accidentally (thugh negligently) killed your relative helps things.

Now people from the victim's family have to go kill McVeigh's family.

That sucks. If it was simply an accident I don't imagine the guy deserves to die, let alone the person he was with. They'll find the killer, if he/she was a relative of the woman. Mark my words. Mark them.

Hell no and they should have burned the building for good measure.

That doesn't really make sense either though. If they were trying to get away with it, they would have waited awhile to make the motive less obvious. I'm trying to imagine myself in the killers shoes here, and since I'm already throwing common sense out the window I must be operating on blind rage.

I bet he didn't know which one was the guy he was after, so he just shot them both. Or the other guy tried to stop him so he shot him too.

Yeah, it's better to leave a witness to the crime that lowers you lower than the original crime committed to begin with.

It keeps him from killing anyone else. And with penalties for this kind of killing so light compared to pirating a star wars movie or being caught with drugs, there wasn't much chance of real justice in the court system.
