Well, it's got a 20A circuit, at least.

Is that so the washing machine can double as an indoor jacuzzi? ;)

Well, there's always the Water World feature for, ah, recycling water if you're a green thumb ;)

I would love to see a planned development of Tiny Houses with a Tiny HOA that makes people put Tiny Grill covers on their Tiny Grills.

I've seen similar things in Japan(on TV), and thought they were very hip.

I stayed at a largish campground once, and was surprised to see many "permanent" residents. Something like this would be even better since it's more traditional feeling, but you can still bug out when you get tired of a certain area. It would be a cool way to see the country, and always be at home.

I don't think I'd ever like to live in something that small, but I could see myself in a pretty tiny house if I lived in a warm-weather climate.

This thread is so full of timewarps, but it looks really neat, I would love to go cross country in one.

Pretty fun little play around house.. but considering I couldn't really stand up in the thing.. nor actually lie down in the bedroom.. I'm not quite sold.

Reminds me of the houses at Ikea.

What is the purpose of it though? How much does it cost and would it be cheaper than a decent RV?

Those houses are actually pretty cool. Would be perfect for camping actually. Just buy a cottage property and get one of those instead, if you want to stay on the cheap side. :p

Wow those are expensive. You can buy a crappy (but bigger with property) fixerupper house for some of those prices.

Actually it would be a fun project to build one of these from scratch. Make the plans up in AutoCAD with proper measurements, then buy the wood/appliances, and build.

Maybe where you live! I could barely buy a doublewide with lot for $100k around here. :(

Where can I buy a 10K house?

Just to break in the market here you would need 450K-475K to get a fixer upper.

An unserviced empty lot lot a round here would be more than 300K if you can find one.

I didn't think $45K seemed completely unreasonable. You can take most of them anywhere one you have, I thought it would make a nice hunting cabin.
