I would love to see a planned development of Tiny Houses with a Tiny HOA that makes people put Tiny Grill covers on their Tiny Grills.

Reminds me of the houses at Ikea.
What is the purpose of it though? How much does it cost and would it be cheaper than a decent RV?

Wow those are expensive. You can buy a crappy (but bigger with property) fixerupper house for some of those prices.
Actually it would be a fun project to build one of these from scratch. Make the plans up in AutoCAD with proper measurements, then buy the wood/appliances, and build.
Where can I buy a 10K house?Originally posted by: RedSquirrel

An unserviced empty lot lot a round here would be more than 300K if you can find one.Originally posted by: JLee
