tough technical question re: streaming dvr output

If neither of these will work, can someone tell me a dvr or some other device that will let me stream?

I bought a mini-b to mini-b cord to connect the two but the DVR won't go into USB mode. Perhaps I need an application? I will pay someone to write it for me.

Basically, I'm trying to stream the output of a camera to the Internet. I wanted to use the cellular network, but if I have to settle for wi-fi only, I can do that.

If you want to output a camera to the Internet, there are many applications to do that.

But then why are you talking about DVR's?

The camera outputs don't go directly into a phone. It's the red and yellow cables.
