Ok, I have the option to go from a X5 4.4l to a 4.6. The one I have is basically pair for w/ $5K of finacing left. I have until tomorrow to make up my mind. After discounts I will have to finance about $15K which means maybe 3 years of payments on $20K.

This so tempting right now. The thing is fully loaded with all options. The waiting list is at 24 months right now so having one come up like this is rare without some insane markup.

Hey, if you are in the financial position to be able to take advantage of this situation, go for it. But remember, there will always be better models coming out. So don't go upgrading every other year... this ain't computer hardware.
