Touchpad/MSoft wireless keyboard/mouse software problems

I installed the driver software for my wireless mouse/keyboard software because i was having problems with the mouse. It over-rode the touchpad software which caused problems. It still works fine but the extremely convenient scrolling on the right and bottom no longer function as they move the pointer straight up and down and side to side instead of scrolling in those directions. Another problem is that the touchpad won't turn off when i am typing, which can be problematic. Is there anyway that i could have both? I don't want to uninstall it because i was having problems with the mouse at my desk. I only use the touchpad when i go mobile, which i do frequently. Thanks in advance for any help.

EDIT: Delete this mods. I have fixed the problem. If it helps anyone else, i just installed the alps touchpad driver off of dell support after installing the ms mouse software. They now run quite happily together...
