Ok this is so messed up I have been going crazy trying to figure it out. The video is like a room with stationary objects and like they move to the music. Like the rocking chair rocks and the grandfather clock moves and like stuffed animals all move to the beat of the song. Who is it by and what is the song called I am like going to explode.
 
I remember two videos from the 80s . . . scary considering I used to watch MTV for like 18 hours a day when I was a kid. (Hey, it was new, and they actually played videos!)

. . . and Weird Al's cartoon version of the Dire Straights song
 
I can't remember the name of it, but it's by George Harrison. I can remember the beat, and some of the lyrics, but can't put a name to it.
