that was my theory there skoorb, which is how i came up w/ 15k earlier...figured its a lil richer than the normal chocolate🙂

That's not the answer I had. But if BDawg is sure he's right, I'll concede that it may be correct also.
 
Well, the first country to use postage stamps wouldn't see a need for the country name to be on it. Let the rest of the world put their name on their own stamps.
