Well using my finepix s5100 on ten times zoom i managed a few mediocre shots out of 96. I was having tripod problems and im new to the digital camera scene. But anyway, i dont think they turned out all to bad....

Hmm i should have used raw format to articulate better quality though...

My ancient A20 does not have an adjustable shutter. Send me money and I'll buy an S1 IS. 😀

photographing the moon is deceptive, you think that because its dark you need a slow shutter speed
however it puts out a large amout of light, ive shot the moon at f/8, 1/300s @ 300mm handheld before in the summer because its so bright
