Been looking at the total gym which is insanely overpriced and it's competitors. The Weider is a great but wobbly, The VigorFit has the best warranty and comes with 11 accessories, the others don't include.

If you are considering spending up to a grand on one of those, you should also consider getting a power rack and an olympic barbell set.

I'd recommend a real cable driven gym instead of something like that, for example @ $500. A lot more versatility with all the convenience.

Cable gym looks like it will occupy a whole room. The home gym's i was looking at least folds up when not in use. Don't have a whole lot of room.

You'd be surprised. It probably doesn't use much more space than those other units when you consider room for arm extension etc. when using them. It can be tucked in a corner, but of course can't be hidden away like those you linked when not in use.
