Is there a way to get more than 250 units? My empire of extreme construction will never be complete with that limit.

Create a file called Totala.ini in your cavedog folder and put this in it:

UnitLimit = 500;

I still play this game on a regular basis... the "TAUCP" mod of it...adding more units...

I love that game. A friend and I still play it every once in a while. You know you're in a good game when you have to nuke a battlefield just to clear away all the wreckage so your attack won't get bogged down.

If I applied the hours I spent playing TA to something productive... Nah! TA rocks!

I loved building up a base with so many defenses you could put it on auto for a few hours and come back with little damage done. 🙂

is there any online scene for this still? i remember connecting to heat? back in the day for some multiplayer. this was a sweet game though, i might fire it back up again.

TA: Kingdoms wasn't too bad either.
