Toshiba SD-1600 for $115 after $20 rebate. HOT?

I got an alert from pricegrabber.com that this player was $135 at Infinity-micro. I went there and they have it for $130. After $20 rebate it's $115.

I just don't who Infinity-micro is and am not sure it they are a good reseller, I can't find them on reseller ratings.
