Buddy of mine had a OCZ SSD go belly up (yeah, no matter the company, they will fail at some point), and the RMA process was very painless, in under a week, he got the new SSD, and they also paid for return shipping for the defective SSD.
That about mirrors my experience with OCZ's SSD back when I had the Vertex 2, except they didn't pay for return shipping to them back then.
Why am I posting this?
I feel it helps the consumer when you know a company treats them right.
I wish Samsung made it that easy when my SSDs died.
