Toshiba/OCZ support is still great.

Buddy of mine had a OCZ SSD go belly up (yeah, no matter the company, they will fail at some point), and the RMA process was very painless, in under a week, he got the new SSD, and they also paid for return shipping for the defective SSD.

That about mirrors my experience with OCZ's SSD back when I had the Vertex 2, except they didn't pay for return shipping to them back then.

Why am I posting this?
I feel it helps the consumer when you know a company treats them right.

I wish Samsung made it that easy when my SSDs died.

Always good to know how companies treat their customers. Just one question: Was this in the US? If not, which country?

I have a dead Agility 2 240GB I got back as an RMA replacement. Would be nice if I could RMA it again, any chance you think?

I forget, but I think it is over, and I can't even find it on their site under warranty.
