Fry electronic in Austin Tx have a few Toshiba e755 for $313.

Those have Wifi built right in to the unit, along with a SD and CF slot.
Running Pocket PC 2003, the e755 come bundle with photoarc software
They have 96 meg memory builtin and works many times better then the e740.
You can set the speed between 200 mhz to 400 mhz.

This is a decent unit, the wiFi is works pretty good but is a pain to setup to work in a secure wireless site.
I took advantage of the compusa $59.99 deal for the 256 meg SD memory, I currently have two movies on the card to watch on the run.
Got a keyboard from belkin to work with this thing also so I can do data entry on it, beats lugging around a notebook...

if Someone find where to purchase extra battery pack cheap for this thing, let me know

Not really, pda screens are small and you want to tune down frame rate to fit the player of the pda, so it all pretty much work out ok. I am getting them directly off my ReplayTV.

With the pxa255 you can ALMOST run NTSC 29.97 fps, just tune down the bit rate to get the size smaller, besides you are running it at 320X240. 15fps will get you much smaller file sizes, but if you are working with divx you have to worry about audio sync issues. Wmv doesn't have this problem.

Frys prod id for this is 3684025. I remember the sale rep said that they will be getting in the e805 in so they are blowing out the e755's cheap. The e355 were like $205 but they had none in stock.

good luck...
