Um, for Prime95, each test for an hour.

Otherwise take an OCCT test, set priority to top, use about all your ram, and see if its stable.

I only want to add here:
If you leave your PC running constantly, and have appl's running too, might consider a longer cycle for Prime95.
When I OC'd this, at 2.55GHz, I recieved my first error in P95 after 6 hours. it was a rounding error: (expected .5, got .4 or somethin...)
Now, if you only use your rig approx. 8 hrs a day, (or less) then an hour cycle should be sufficient.
