I tried putting something together last fall, but didn't garner much interest or help. I'm keen on setting up a Toronto area ATOT meet for this spring, but I need help organizing it all, especially from T.O residents.

Perhaps we could meet at a restaurant and later enjoy an evening of

So, if you're interested please let me know. If you're willing to help organize please indicate.

UPDATE: Vinnie's has been chosen, provisionally, as our venue. We're still trying to nail down a date...

UPDATE 2: How does Saturday, May 1st sound, or Saturday, May 15th?

ask the mods for a sticky, there's lots of people from TO. I'd come, and so would plenty of others.

We'd have to pick a location before we pick a date, but March or April will be likely.

Any ideas on where?

I am also in toronto till may, then school is done and I go back home. I live close enough that I could make my way down to toronto for a meet if it was in the summer.

Do you want to get together in the core of T.O.? The last time I think we went to a place on Front Street...East Side Mario's or something..I can't remember. If the majority are from the surrounding areas, I suggest we do it in Mississauga. There's always free and plentiful parking, and better places to choose from. For the people who aren't quite legal, this is also a better option since restaurants allow any age in.

Interested! Might be out of town for a week in March.

As for a pub.. What're we thinkin? Mid town so it's easy for everyone? Or downtown so there's plentiful expensive parking? If it's midtown we could try Cheers, on Yonge near Eglinton. Downtown we could try All-Stars.. they're right next to the Peel Pub on Front St. and due to PP's popularity, is usually pretty vacant. It's fairly large though, so we could have plenty of room and probably get some good seating near the pool tables.

OORR here's an idea - we could always hit up Dave & Busters.. that's a guaranteed good night!

I thought the Peel Pub closed down.

Why have it while its still cold out? Wait till the summer. If the fast ferry is ready by then I will stop by.
