What about those things that have magnets or something that you mount on the fuel line?

Well, if you block off some of your airflow with that Tornado, you will get better fuel economy. You'll lose HP too, though.

Most people would probably notice the fuel economy increase, but not the HP decrease.

i have heard that this does work but not to the exact claims made by the product. however i only know 1 person who actually has one and it's my cousin on his 2000 4runner and he swears it works. then again my cousin isn't the brightest but who knows

I don't watch the commercials...

However, they make claims that aren't true: illegal

They get some "expert" to endorse and give his opinion, even if incorrect: legal.

this is still a scam. they (i think it was the exact same technology) were a publicly traded company a few years ago and stole millions from investors.

if you want to save on fuel costs, don't start your engine , with or without a scam device , you will burn less fuel

I don't have any tornadoes let alone ones that are fuel efficient.

Any well designed SWECS will feather within 5% of design limits which is far below even F0 levels. Larger twisters over the stay = total loss of plant anyways...
