I have a 2012 Mustang. Just broken in with 15k miles. I bought it new and love the car, but since I purchased it my wife has had a baby and we have another on the way (I guess my boys can swim).
I'm really starting to feel the limitations of having a two door vehicle. My wife has a nice crossover that we use for all family stuff but every now and then I've got to fit the baby seat in the mustang which isn't easy, and will be impossible with two. Because of that I've caught the itch to sell it for a more practical 4 door.
The car I really want is a focus ST, but those are going for around $26k in the package I want (ST2+). I'll probably get around $17-$18k for the mustang and it kills me to think about dropping an additional $8-9k on a vehicle that won't be any faster. The mustang is bare bones with just the 6 speed manual and 3:31 gears. I find myself missing an upscale interior and gadgets like bluetooth.
So I've been thinking about alternatives, and I'm actually considering the Hyundai Sonata SE 2.0T. I can get a brand new one that has all the fun gadgets and nice interior I want for $21k, marked down for a $27k. This seems much more reasonable to me than the ST but I am not in love with the exterior styling of the vehicle. I prefer the Kia Optima if I'm being honest but for some reason those are like $3-4k more, so if I'm considering that I'd just get the ST instead.
Any other recommendations? If I could straight up trade the mustang for a fun 4 door vehicle that has as low miles and is reasonably fun to drive I'd be golden.

I actually just got off the phone with a Ford dealer that has a loaded ST3 with a 30,230 sticker price that I can get for $25735. Very tempting.
