Ok ok. On to the details
I was snowboarding, racing my friend, and i fell, partially tearing ligaments in both ankles.
I went to my doctor (wher i found out what exactly had happened), and they took a bunch of X-Rays.
Bassically, after he determined the nature of the injury, he said to rest it and ice it 3-4 times a day, and not to do any vigorous activity. He said it was OK to walk as long as it didn't hurt to badly.
I was just wondering if this was a normal procedure for partially torn ligaments, or should there be a cast or critches or something i use?
