Anywhere ever been here? Is it the high priced food worth it? It should be worth it for the view alone? I was gonna bring my g/f there for our anniversary, but i just saw the prices on the menu, and well, that's alot of money for a college student to pay on one days food (no entree is under $24). If I go there, I expect to pay $60 and that does not include drinks (I can always stick to water) or tips (I am looking at a $10 tip here). I am not so scared of the price, because it is a once a year event, but I would like to know if there are any cheaper options available. Any other resteraunts with a view in the Boston area? I guess if i wanted to see a view of boston, I can always go on the prudential sky walk, but they close at 10, and if i eat in the Top of the Hub, I guess i would be killing two birds with one stone.

I have eaten there a few times, not in many years though. The food was good, but I wouldn't pay that much for that quality in a defferent location (you're paying for the "experience/location"). One ting to consider: you're not always seated near a window. You may end up in the middle of the restauraunt, still has a view but not as good as sitting by a window. Plus, at night it's a view of lights, much different than the day time. I've been there in the day times (weekend brunch), the food was less expensive and you get a better view.
