I am happy... I guess.

The show could have been soo much more.

Wood is a decent guy, but just a goof-ball.
Ferrara is questionable at best on the show
Foust is awesome with the cars, but needs work presenting

I am happy the show is coming back. Just hope they improve on things. This season was too much GM bias. Not enough good car reviews. and the "challenges" where only OK.

The other thing is, tanner is so far ahead of the others in terms of experience with cars I feel sorry for him to have to be dumbed down to the other two's level

So I'm on a plane w/ @TannerFoust & @AdamFerrara going somewhere.I think that's all I'm allowed to say. I'll tweet pics &play "guess where?"

I like the show and would be happy they got a second season, but how do you know History isn't just putting them on a plane to crash into the ground?

I'm happy...I enjoyed the first season. They need to get rid of Adam though...the other two presenters were solid enough and grew on me. Adam sucked the whole season through.

Wood is the only one on the show I can stand. Ferrara isn't so bad.
Foust needs to GTFO though, I can't stand how he presents himself.

i think foust is the best of the three

I agree. He did come off a bit "preppy" at first...but he has slowly shown a sense of humor and the fact that he really knows how to drive adds a nice element to his dynamic on the show. Over the season I have really come to like him.

Rutledge is probably the best you could do to include some southern "I drive a truck and only buy American" flavor without feeling like the show should be on CMT. He has some wit and definitely improved in his hosting over the course of the season.

Adam just comes off as a comedian out of his element that is struggling to be funny. That, and his car knowledge is crap. Whenever he is commenting on a car...its like he's just riddling off a script of car features...it comes across as a complete lack of interest in the car. He pulls in too much "New York" flavor to a show that no one from the Jersey shore will ever watch.

^^^ that.

although rutledge seems a lil too hipstery for being the 'redneck' of the group.

Ugg I didn't like the show at all. These guys have ZERO chemistry. It's seriously bad to watch.

Apparently they're on Maui right now, filming up on Haleakala. My friend might get to give Tanner Foust a tour of the island.

I've never seen the show but I still wish they had gotten Tim Allen to host.

They tried too hard in the first season to force them to hate each other. Their chemistry needs to happen naturally. Every time they insulted each other it just seemed so forced. Top Gear UK was never good until like season 4 or 5, shit takes time.

Does anyone else really hate the hosts? They're just trying to imitate the British version and its annoying.

I agree that the chemistry wasn't really there, but I do think you have to give that some time.

I think Wood and particularly Ferrara need to increase their driving skill levels. I am not expecting them to be F1 drivers, but when they do "serious" reviews I want to believe that they are at least very good drivers so they have some credibility. Wood is a little better and you can tell he is at least a "car guy". However, I couldn't take Ferrara's Benz SLS review too seriously from a driving dynamics standpoint because I just don't think he's a very good driver yet.
