IIRC, seeds should have the whole file.

yea well it doesn't matter as much on torrent as long as theres one seed. esp if they are in a mode where they don't repeat send out parts for a while.. so that 10% is different for the rest of the leechers.

download a bit torrent client. like azureus.

bt works in that everyone distributes the pieces of the file they already have to others in the network. so eventually everyone becomes a seed..person with the full file. makes the burden of file serving much easier ..distributing the burden.
