Top Chef is a pretty cool show although there is a problem with it. That is that someone could cook the best food and show and could the second best food the last show and loose. Also the Winner could cook the second to worst food each show and cook the best food on the last show and win

No, they eliminated two people in the second to last episode. By your logic, they'd be out.
