1) people who preach tollerance and are intollerant of something (mainly somking)
2) BS laws that mainly hurt people more than help (another smoking example i know, but its a good one; banning smoking in PRIVATE areas (bars/restraunts))
4) BS laws that should be illegal to enforce (such as seatbelt laws, drug laws, etc.)
my ex for
1) i hate hypocrits...i know i'm not always 100% non-hyp. and neither is anyone else, but sometimes it's just stupid...
2) private businesses should have the right too choose what activities go on in THEIR place...its NOT public...the people dont own it...it is the owners and his/hers/theirs ALONE! they should be able to kick your bitching ass out and not get some BS discrimination lawsuit, etc.
3) i feel people should be allowed to do anything as long as it doesnt infringe on other people's rights and doesnt put anyone in danger...
a. seatbelts: i personally think seatbelts save lives and anyone that doesnt wear one is a complete moron (i dont let anyone move a vehicle unless everyone is seatbelted)
b. drug laws: if wana sit at home and smoke some weed...as long as your ass doesnt drive anyone where or do anything to anyone (such as going outside and beating your neighbor...or whatev) you're fine by me. i think the legalization of most drugs would have an overall positive effect...we can tax them...they can be regulated (no more deadly homebrew meths and crap like that) oh well no point in debating this...
on one last note: i think there should be less BS laws, but the laws that arent BS should have extreme punishment...not just a slap on the wrist...people have more freedom and will be able to do most of the things they want...and the laws that should be abided by will have consequences to be feared
