GTA VC was a little over hyped. Yes it's a great game, but the Rockstar hype machine made it out to be the ultimate experience which it wasn't.

But Final Fantasy VII is no where near one of the most overrated video games. It would be my second favorite video game of all time. They need to have their heads examined and their asses kicked

Quake 3 is a bit different from Quake I and II right? Quake 3 was all about multi-player (or playing with bots), while Q I and II were your reqular FPS games, with huge levels and monsters.

It was an ok game in itself, but it was piss poor compared to FF6. If they had to start going downhill after 6, I wish they would have done it more slowly.

They don't have anything to do with each other. The games are basically:

Long intro story
Some easy fighting
Walk around and go where the game tells you to
More easy fighting
Uh oh, character conflict or reflection. Takes about 5 minutes
After the above the characters say "No, we won't let that happen"
More walking
Easy fighting
Walk
Moderate fighting
Story climax
Easy boss
35 minute long end

Halo rightfully deserves its place on that list.

FFVII shouldnt even be in the top 1 million. That game owned so hardcore.

Morrowing also sucked a huge one.

Black and White really was overrated.

Final Fantasy 7 was one of the ultimate games, but it doesn't exist for PC anymore I really want a copy of it on PC.

Quake 3 was awful in comparison to Unreal Tournament, waaay overrated in comparison (UT even outsold Q3 in the UK)

Morrowind should be off the list, it's an amazing game.

EtM was a fun game, but not as good as it could have been (played like a hog on the PC)

Unreal 2 was a fun romp, might be interesting to see what the multiplayer patch adds to it though, could up its value.
