Only one place for PA? Lame. I know the state isn't THAT great, but there are more (and probably) better places than Phoenixville.

Nope. Those are mostly larger towns, and therefore anyplace I'd ever live (population < 30k) isn't going to be on there. There's also a LOT of desert places, or at least super hot, dry, barren, wasteland like climates, and therefore I'd also never go there for any reason.
 
Nope, but I've lived in a couple. I'm surprised that Spokane made the list. They have a pretty high crime rate for its size, and I was shocked to learn that Lewis & CLark High School was rated as one of the top high schools in the US. When I went there, it was anything but. (hmm, maybe now that I'm NOT there, things are better 😉 )
 
They need to break it down by low humidity and lack of (or low) state taxes.

I would put Savannah, Ga on the top ten list of shithole town backward ass, racist, towns in America. Stay the fuck away from that crap town of piss and asshole citizens. I went to school there and after I walk at graduation this coming weekend I hope never to return. It's a beautiful town, but you'll have to kill all the people there to really make it a great place to live.
