As far as original compositions, most of those in GT's list are outstanding. Schindler's List, for me at least, was particularly impressive since it seemed to so perfectly match the movie in its mood.
Other than that, I have to agree with others as far as compilations are concerned. The music in Rushmore was one of the main reasons I liked it so much.
